研究替牙早期患者生长型与扩弓矫治技术之间的内在联系  

Objectives of Study：

To study the correlation between growth type and arch expansion treatment in patients with early mixed dentition.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.6-10岁混合牙列的患者，治疗前：上颌和下颌第一恒磨牙萌出，上下颌恒中切牙萌出，上颌和下颌第二乳磨牙萌出；
2.面型偏斜；
3.初始颈椎分期在 CS1-CS3；
4.至少有1 个预先存在的下列问题：
预测恒牙期将会中/重度拥挤；
前牙反牙合或后牙反牙合；
患者自觉面型不佳需改善；
5.上颌骨横向宽度发育不足，上下颌基骨横向宽度相差≤5 mm。

Inclusion criteria

1.6-10 years old patients with mixed dentition,before treatment:eruption of maxillary first permanent molar,mandibular first permanent molar,maxillary permanent central incisor and mandibular permanent central incisor;
2.Facial asymmetry;
3.The initial cervial spine stage in CS1-CS3;
4.There is at least one pre-existing problem:Moderate / severe crowding is predicted during permanent dentition;anti-jaw;the patient wants to improve his face shape.

排除标准：

1.患有颞下颌关节紊乱，有先天缺失牙；2.既往有唇腭裂史、正畸史；3.患有全身系统性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.disturbance syndrome of temporomandibular joint,congenital missing teeth;2.craniofacial deformity present,orthodontics treatment history;3.systemic diseases.
