主要目的：探索青光眼患者房水中脂质代谢水平的改变。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To explore the changes of lipid metabolism in aqueous humor of patients with glaucoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.因“白内障”拟行白内障超声乳化吸除术患者；
2.因“原发性开角型青光眼、白内障”拟行青光眼联合白内障手术患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who underwent phacoemulsification for "cataract";
2.Patients who underwent glaucoma combined with cataract surgery for "glaucoma and cataract".

排除标准：

1.发育性青光眼；
2.伴有其他眼病患者；
3.浅前房不利于房水收集的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with developmental glaucoma;
2.Other ocular diseases;
3.The shallow anterior chamber is not conducive to aqueous humor collection.
