研究目的：

主要目的： 1.分析乳腺癌术后患者抑郁程度、反刍性沉思、认知评价、社会支持、心理应激反应的现状及相互关系，构建抑郁与反刍性沉思的结构方程模型； 2.通过眼动追踪技术了解不同抑郁程度乳腺癌术后患者的注意偏向特点，探讨其内隐认知加工机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. Analyze the status quo of depression, ruminant meditation, cognitive evaluation, social support and psychological stress response of patients after breast cancer surgery and their interrelationships, and build a structural equation model of depression and ruminant meditation; 2. To understand the characteristics of attentional bias in patients with different degrees of depression after breast cancer surgery by eye movement tracking technology, and to explore its implicit cognitive processing mechanism.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.病理确诊为乳腺癌，完成乳腺癌手术后处于化疗期的患者；
2.年龄≥18岁；
3.有基本的文字阅读和语言交流能力；
4.自愿配合参加本研究并签订知情同意书者；
5.裸眼视力或矫正视力基本正常。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who were pathologically diagnosed with breast cancer and were in the chemotherapy stage after breast cancer surgery;
2. Aged >=18 years;
3. Basic reading and communication skills;
4. Those who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent;
5. Naked vision or corrected vision is basically normal.

排除标准：

1.精神、认知有障碍者；
2.病情或化疗反应严重，不能参与本研究者；
3.合并重要脏器功能障碍者；
4.有任何眼部疾病者（如青光眼、白内障、结膜炎等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with mental and cognitive disabilities;
2. Patients with severe disease or chemotherapy reaction cannot participate in this study;
3. Patients with complicated dysfunction of vital organs;
4. Have any eye diseases (such as glaucoma, cataract, conjunctivitis, etc.).
