Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1.Incidence of frailty in elderly patients undergoing thoracoscopic pulmonary surgery; 2.Correlation between preoperative frailty and pulmonary complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于65岁；
2.择期胸腔镜肺部手术患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 65 years and older;
2. Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic lung surgery.

排除标准：

1.手术范围不包括肺部的手术，如纵膈手术、食管手术、胸壁手术；
2.由于各种原因转开胸手术患者；
3.临床资料不完整患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Surgical scope does not include lung surgery, such as mediastinal surgery, esophagus surgery, chest wall surgery ;
2. Patients who were transferred to thoracotomy for various reasons;
3. Patients with incomplete clinical data.
