研究目的：

本次计划回顾性收集患者的相关数据并进行分析，旨在验证及评价该症状管理闭环模式在临床诊疗中的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

This plan retrospectively collects and analyzes relevant data of patients, aiming to verify and evaluate the effectiveness of this closed-loop symptom management model in clinical diagnosis and treatment.

纳入标准：

1. 接受常规化疗或者放化疗的恶性肿瘤患者；
2. 2020年7月-12月在本科室治疗期间自愿接受基于电子化患者报告结局系统的症状管理的恶性肿瘤患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Malignant tumor patients receiving conventional chemotherapy or radiochemotherapy;
2. Patients with malignant tumors who voluntarily received symptom management based on the electronic patient-reported outcome system during treatment in our department from July to December 2020.

排除标准：

研究者认为不适于纳入本研究。
