研究目的：

我们前期构建了基于电子化患者报告结局系统的症状管理闭环模式并用于恶性肿瘤患者的症状及生活质量评估和监测，本次计划回顾性收集患者的相关数据并进行分析，旨在验证及评价该症状管理闭环模式在临床诊疗中的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

In the early stage, we have built a closed-loop symptom management model based on electronic patient report outcome system and used it to evaluate and monitor the symptoms and quality of life of patients with malignant tumors.At present, we plan to retrospectively collect and analyze the relevant data of patients in order to verify and evaluate the effectiveness of the closed-loop symptom management model in clinical diagnosis and treatment.

纳入标准：

1. 接受常规化疗或者放化疗的恶性肿瘤患者；
2. 2020年7月-12月在本科室治疗期间自愿接受基于电子化患者报告结局系统的症状管理的恶性肿瘤患者；

Inclusion criteria

Eligible patients had histologically or cytologically confirmed malignant tumors, had voluntarily received symptom management based on electronic patient report outcome system during treatment in the undergraduate room from July to December 2020
