研究目的：

1.开展 COVID-19 的流行病学研究，分析深圳 COIVD-19 人群流行病学、临床特征，为后续科学研究、技术开发和产品转化提 供基础；入组不同临床结局患者（轻症和重症），针对早期以及不同 阶段的外周全血、呼吸道、消化道标本。 2.研究共感染和继发感染的病原谱，及其临床意义。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Carry out epidemiological research on COVID-19, analyze the epidemiology and clinical characteristics of Shenzhen COIVD-19 population, and provide the basis for subsequent scientific research, technology development and product transformation; enroll patients with different clinical outcomes (mild and severe), for early and different stages of peripheral whole blood, respiratory tract, digestive tract specimens. 2.To study the pathogen spectrum of co-infection and secondary infection and its clinical significance.

纳入标准：

1.有疫区接触史，或者家族聚集性发病，或者确诊患者接触史；
2.鼻咽拭子，或肺泡灌洗液，或肛拭子，新冠病毒核酸检测阳性，并经市 CDC 确诊病例；
3.境外输入的确诊病例；
4.愿意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.There is a history of contact with epidemic areas, or family clusters, or a history of contact with confirmed patients;
2.Nasopharyngeal swabs, or alveolar lavage fluid, or anal swabs, the new coronavirus nucleic acid test is positive, and confirmed by the city CDC Cases;
3.Confirmed cases imported from abroad;
4.Willing to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

排除港澳台、外籍患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and foreign patients.
