研究目的：

以PFO患者为研究对象，采用超声心动图及多种新技术对其房间隔形态及心脏功能、血流动力学状态进行评价。旨在： 1、探索正确评价卵圆孔未闭的形态学、血流动力学等的超声心动图合理流程和方法。 2、观察经皮封堵前后心脏形态、功能等超声指标变化与患者临床相关综合征及预后的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Taking PFO patients as the research object, using echocardiography and a variety of new technologies to evaluate their atrial septal morphology, cardiac function, and hemodynamic status. Aim to: 1. Explore the rational flow and method of echocardiography to correctly evaluate the morphology and hemodynamics of patent foramen ovale. 2. Observe the relationship between changes of ultrasound indexes such as cardiac morphology and function before and after percutaneous occlusion and the clinical related syndromes and prognosis of patients.

纳入标准：

知情并自愿参加本研究者，年龄≥18周岁
承诺遵守研究程序，并配合实施全过程研究
经TTE/TEE检查诊断为PFO
一般健康状况良好

Inclusion criteria

Informed and voluntarily participating in this study, aged ≥18 years old
Commit to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process research
Diagnosed as PFO by TTE/TEE
Generally good health

排除标准：

二、三尖瓣轻度以上反流患者（不包括轻度）
妊娠及哺乳期妇女
高血脂、高血糖、高血压患者
存在继发孔/原发孔房间隔缺损
存在肺动-静脉分流
心房纤颤
已知体循环、肺循环栓塞
已知心肌病、心肌梗死、心脏瓣膜狭窄等其他器质性心脏疾病

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with mitral and tricuspid valve regurgitation (not including mild)
Pregnant and lactating women
Patients with hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, and hypertension
Atrial septal defect with secondary hole/primary hole
Pulmonary arteriovenous shunt
Atrial fibrillation
Known systemic and pulmonary embolism
Known cardiomyopathy, myocardial infarction, heart valve stenosis and other organic heart diseases
