研究目的:

1. 通过分析先天性心脏病围术期肠道菌群结构及多样性,了解围术期不同节点其肠道菌群变化特点,研究患儿ICU时间长短、并发症发生率等,指导临床益生菌干预方案等; 2. 通过获得全部微生物的群体基因组成和功能,以及参与的代谢通路,同时通过样本间物种或基因差异以及物种间的共丰度网络分析等,寻找先心病患儿中的特异性菌群,进一步寻找先天性心脏病术后并发症与肠道菌群的关系,为患儿围术期干预措施提供新的策略 3. 探讨肠道菌群对患儿术后康复周期、身体发育(营养吸收)的影响以及肠道菌群对患儿神经行为变化的可能影响。  

Objectives of Study:

1. By analyzing the structure and diversity of gut microbiome during perioperative period of congenital heart disease to understand the characteristics of gut microbiome in different time during perioperative period to study the duration of ICU and the incidence of complications, etc., to guide clinical probiotic Bacterial intervention program, etc .; 2. Investigating the specific microbiome in children with congenital heart disease by obtaining the genetic composition and function of all microorganisms, as well as the metabolic pathways involved, and by analyzing species or gene differences between samples and co-abundance networks between species. Further search for the relationship between postoperative complications of congenital heart disease and gut microbiome, and provide new strategies for perioperative interventions in children 3. To explore the effects of gut microbiome on postoperative rehabilitation cycle, physical development (nutrient absorption), and possible effects of gut microbiome on neurobehavioral changes in children.

纳入标准:

符合重症先天性心脏病诊断标准,并可接受一期矫治手术。

Inclusion criteria

Children who meet the diagnostic criteria for severe congenital heart disease and can undergo primary correction surgery

排除标准:

(1)先天性心脏病合并其他系统严重疾病如食道闭锁、21三体综合征等;
(2)免疫性疾病患儿;
(3)胎龄<37 W的早产儿;
(4)新生儿溶血症;
(5)欲姑息手术患儿。

Exclusion criteria:

(1)Children with ongenital heart disease combined with other systemic serious diseases such as esophageal atresia, trisomy 21, etc.(2)Children with immune disease(3)Premature infants with gestational age <37 W(4)Neonatal hemolysis;(5)Children who want palliative surgery
