研究目的：

1.了解父母身份过渡期，夫妻双方的主要压力和心理服务需求； 2.了解父母身份过渡期，夫妻双方心理适应的变化趋势及其对早期教养行为的影响； 3.检验促进和抑制父母身份过渡期夫妻双方心理适应的因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Understand the transition period of parenthood, the main pressure and psychological service needs of both spouses; 2. Understand the transition period of parenthood, the changing trend of the couple's psychological adaptation and its impact on early parenting behavior; 3. To examine the factors that promote and inhibit the psychological adaptation of both spouses during the transition period of parenthood.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、夫妻双方均为第一次生育；
2. 在孕中期；
3.孕妇年龄在18-50岁之间；
4、长期居住者符合长期随访条件。

Inclusion criteria

1. Both the husband and wife have children for the first time;
2. in the second trimester;
3.The pregnant woman is between 18 and 50 years old;
4. Long-term residents meet the conditions of long-term follow-up.

排除标准：

1.父亲无法参与研究；
2.父母至少一方有严重躯体疾病或精神障碍诊断。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The father cannot participate in the research;
2. At least one parent has a diagnosis of serious physical illness or mental disorder.
