研究目的：

通过代谢组学寻找与产前抑郁密切相关的潜在生物标志物，为早期诊断提供客观标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

It is aim to find potential biomarkers closely related to prenatal depression through metabolomics, providing an objective marker for early diagnosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 20 岁≤年龄≤40岁；
2) 患者ASA评分 I～Ⅱ；
3）单胎足月妊娠；
4）愿意参加本研究并签署知情同意书.

Inclusion criteria

1) 20 years old ≤ age ≤ 40 years old;
2) ASA I ~ II;
3) single-term full-term pregnancy;
4) Willing to participate in this study and signing informed consent

排除标准：

1) 精神病史或正在使用精神类药品治疗；
2）妊娠前已知的抑郁病史；
3) 吸毒、酒精或阿片类药物滥用史；
4) 入选研究前 3 月服用了其他试验药或者是参与了其他临床试验；
5）合并有心、脑、肝、肾以及造血系统等疾病者；
6）任何原因不能配合研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1) History of mental illness or treatment with psychotropic substances;
2) known history of depression before pregnancy;
3) History of drug abuse, alcohol or opioid abuse;
4) Intake of other test drugs or participate in other clinical trials in March before the study;
5) Combining medical diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system;
6) For any reason, research cannot be coordinated.
