改善法洛四联症远期预后综合研究，提高复杂右心畸形根治率、减少远期再手术率及干预研究  

Objectives of Study：

Comprehensive study on improving the long-term prognosis of tetralogy of fallot, improving the rate of radical treatment of complex right heart malformation, reducing the rate of long-term reoperation and intervention

纳入标准：

1. 本项目组参与单位及后期招募单位中，因先心病住院拟手术的患者； 2. 本项目组参与单位及后期招募单位中，先心病术后门诊随访患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. patients with CHD who is going to surgery in participant organizations and those recruted in later stage;
2. patients with CHD who join with the postoperative look-up in participant organizations and those recruited in later stage.

排除标准：

拒绝参与本题的患者。

for the patients who refuse to join our task.
