研究目的：

验证不同类型的运动干预对乳腺癌患者术后康复作用的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the effects of different types of exercise interventions on postoperative rehabilitation effects in breast cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 乳腺癌I期至III期；
2. 手术结束后四个月到两年；
3. 放/化疗已经结束。

Inclusion criteria

1. Breast cancer stage I to III;
2. Four months to less than two years after the surgery;
3. The chemoradiotherapy was finished.

排除标准：

1. 有沟通障碍或语言障碍，不能独立或者在工作人员帮助下完成问卷；
2. 有癌症转移、病情恶化严重和重性精神类疾病；
3. 有急性自杀史；
4. 有脑器质性精神障碍病变及痴呆；
5. 不能够进行中等及以上强度的运动。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Had communication or language barriers and were unable to complete questionnaires independently or with staff help;
2. Had cancer metastasis, severe disease deterioration and severe psychiatric disorders;
3. Had a history of acute suicide;
4. Had lesions of organic mental disorders and dementia;
5. Unable to perform exercise of moderate and above intensity.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

本研究采用半随机分组方法。首先将入组患者按照就诊顺序编号，利用SPSS 22.0生成随机数字表，产生观察单位编号和随机数字，一一对应，将全部随机数字从小到大编序号，按预先规定的序号前2/3为试验组，后1/3为对照组。试验组内依据患者自身意愿选择运动干预方式，从而将试验组患者分到联合运动组和传统运动组。

The semi randomization method was used in this study. Enrolled patients were first numbered according to the order of visits, and a random number table was generated by using SPSS 22.0 to generate the observation unit number and random number.
