研究目的：

探讨不同类型二尖瓣病变患者左房流体力学特征及结构重构中AngII/MAPK、TGF-β1/Smad信号通路与心房颤动的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to determine the hemodynamic characteristics and left atrial structural remodeling in different types of mitral valve diseases (MVDs) with atrial fibrillation (AF) and the relationship with AngII/MAPK, TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

32例因单纯中-重度二尖瓣病变入院需行二尖瓣置换手术的患者纳入本研究。

Inclusion criteria

The study group consisted of 32 MVDs patients scheduled for mitral valve replacement surgery.

排除标准：

（1）术前一月内使用过ACE抑制剂或血管紧张素受体拮抗剂；（2）伴有需手术处理的其他瓣膜中度以上的狭窄或反流；（3）术前一月内感染；（4）再次心脏手术；（5）高血压；（6）冠心病；（7）糖尿病；（8）甲状腺功能亢进；（9）妊娠期妇女或即将怀孕的妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

angiotensin receptor blockers within 1 month, existence of any
other valvular stenosis or regurgitation other than mild, recent infec-
tion (within 1 month), previous cardiac surgery, hypertension, or any
medical condition (eg. Coronary heart disease, Diabetes, Hyperthyroidism) that, in the opinion of the investigators, could render the patient inappropriate for the study. Pregnant women and women who could become pregnant were also excluded from the study.
