（1） 观察肺部超声联合膈肌超声对患者术前肺功能评分与患者术前肺功能测试结果的相关性； （2） 检测肺部超声联合膈肌超声评分对患者术前肺功能的评估价值；  

Objectives of Study：

(1)To observe the correlation between preoperative pulmonary function score and preoperative pulmonary function test results of patients with pulmonary ultrasound combined with diaphragmatic ultrasound; (2) The evaluation value of lung ultrasound combined with diaphragmatic ultrasound score on preoperative lung function of patients;

纳入标准：

神志清楚，能配合进行肺功能检查的患者，男女不限

Inclusion criteria

Patients who are conscious and able to cooperate with pulmonary function tests
no gender preference

排除标准：

既往有胸科或心脏手术病史；胸部畸形或脊柱侧弯；BMI＞35Kg/m2

Exclusion criteria：

Previous history of chest or heart surgery; Chest deformity or scoliosis
BMI＞35Kg/m2
