研究目的：

主要目的：探讨其与重症肺炎严重程度各项指标的相关性，进而评估细胞免疫状态在重症肺炎病程中的演变情况，从免疫学角度为老年吸入性肺炎的治疗提供新的思路和依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To explore its correlation with various indicators of the severity of severe pneumonia, and then to evaluate the evolution of cellular immune status in the course of severe pneumonia, and to provide new ideas and basis for the treatment of elderly aspiration pneumonia from the perspective of immunology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.吸入性肺炎诊断符合2010年日本吸入性肺炎专家共识中的诊断标准：
(1)有误吸危险因素者出现发热、咳嗽、咳痰、气短、心动过速等临床表现者；
(2)典型影像学表现：重力依赖性肺段渗出影；
(3)有明确的误吸现象。
2.肺炎严重指数（PSI）评分≥ 91 分，即分级为IV-V级的重症肺炎；
3.洼田饮水试验3级以上患者；
4.年龄大于60岁；
5.患者能够并愿意配合心肺康复。

Inclusion criteria

1. The diagnosis of aspiration pneumonia meets the diagnostic criteria of the consensus of experts on aspiration pneumonia in Japan in 2010:
(1) Patients with risk factors of aspiration present fever, cough, expectoration, shortness of breath, tachycardia and other clinical manifestations;
(2) Typical imaging findings: gravity-dependent pulmonary exudation;
(3) There was definite aspiration.
2. Pneumonia severity index (PSI) score >= 91 was classified as IV-V severe pneumonia.
3. Patients above Grade 3 in the drinking water test of depression field.
4. Over 60 years old.
5. Patients are able and willing to cooperate with cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.

排除标准：

1.合并慢性阻塞性肺病、支气管哮喘、肺癌、肺结核等其他呼吸系统疾病；
2.合并其他系统严重疾病；
3.存在认知、意识障碍或精神疾病者；
4.预期寿命不足半年者；
5.治疗依从性较差者；
6.中途脱落不能随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma, lung cancer, tuberculosis and other respiratory diseases;
2. Complicated with other serious diseases of the system;
3. People with cognitive or consciousness disorders or mental diseases;
4. Life expectancy less than half a year;
5. Poor treatment compliance;
6. Can not fall off with visitors.
