研究目的：

掌握特高海拔世居居民的各项生理健康现状并建立数据库，深化疾病的遗传学研究； 综合评估世居居民在特高海拔的重要靶器官功能受损状况，完善高原医学科学研究； 前瞻性研究特高海拔世居居民搬迁至较低海拔后各项生理健康指标的变化及各重要器官功能的适应性变化；明确不同海拔梯度对世居高原居民健康危害作用并研究相应的保护措施，促进高原医学的可持续发展； 探索人类健康与高原环境和谐相处提高科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To obtain various physical indexes and establish a database of very high altitude population for deepening the genetic research of diseases.to assess the injury of target organ at very high altitude resident comprehensively and improve the plateau medicine science.to prospectively study the change of the physical indexes and acclimatization in the resident of very high altitudes were relocated to lower altitudes.To clarify the harmful effects of different altitude on the health resident living in the plateau for studying the protection measures, promoting the plateau medicine sustainable development .to explore the harmony coexistence of human and plateau.

纳入标准：

①年龄≧7岁，争取性别男、女各占50%；
②世居特高海拔（海拔≧4500米）
③自愿签署参与本研究知情同意书者（注：无自主决策能力的受试者将由监护人决定是否参与本研究。）

Inclusion criteria

①age≧ 7 years and try to male 50% and female 50%;
②Inhabited for generations who living at very high altitude(Altitude ≥4500 m)
③Voluntary signing of the informed consent to participate in the study (Note: for subjects without autonomous decision-making ability, their guardians will decide whether to participate in the study).

排除标准：

①参与本研究者超过7天以上生活在海拔≤4500米②受试者认知能力不足，无法签署知情同意书或无法完成问卷调查者③孕期妇女④参与肺功能检查的受试者，近3个月患有心肌梗死、休克者；?近4周严重心功能不稳定、心绞痛者，近期有脑血管意外；?近4周大咯血者；癫痫发作需要用药治疗者；?未控制的高血压患者（收缩压＞200 mmHg，舒张压＞100 mmHg）；心动过缓、严重心律失常；主动脉瘤患者；严重甲状腺功能亢进者；意识障碍或智力障碍等不能理解及不能主动配合检查的各种情况；心率＞120次/分或SPO2＜90%；气胸、巨大肺大炮且不准备手术治疗者；鼓膜穿孔患者（需先堵塞患者耳道后测定）；近期呼吸道感染（＜4周）者；感染性疾病急性期患者；免疫力低下者；身体虚弱者；因为用力吹气可能会加重病情的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Living at an altitude ≤4500 meters for more than 7 days in this study; (2) subjects with insufficient cognitive ability to sign informed consent or to complete questionnaires; (3) pregnant women; (4) subjects who participated in pulmonary function examination;Severe cardiac instability or angina pectoris in the last 4 weeks, and recent cerebrovascular accidents;Hemoptysis in the last 4 weeks;Epileptic seizure requiring medication treatment; Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure > 200 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg);Bradycardia, severe arrhythmia;Aortic aneurysm patients;Severe hyperthyroidism;Consciousness disorder or mental retardation and other unable to understand and can not take the initiative to cooperate with the examination of various conditions;
Heart rate > 120 times/min or SpO2 < 90%; Pneumothorax, large lung cannon and not prepared for surgical treatment;
Patients with perforation of tympanic membrane (the patient's ear canal should be blocked before measurement);
Recent respiratory infection (< 4 weeks);Acute stage of infectious diseases;People with low immunity;
Physically weak;Because blowing hard may aggravate other conditions of the disease.
