（1）了解中国2型糖尿病合并蛋白尿的疾病负担 （2）了解中国2型糖尿病患者的治疗现状 （3）提供SGLT2I治疗中国2型糖尿病患者疗效与安全性的真实世界数据  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Understanding the burden of proteinuria in type 2 diabetes mellitus in China (2) understanding the current treatment of type 2 diabetes in China (3) provide SGLT2I with real data on the efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes in China.

SGLT2抑制剂真实世界疗效的预测因素 SGLT2抑制剂对T2D患者蛋白尿、肾功能的影响 SGLT2抑制剂改善代谢综合征患者MetS-Z评分 SGLT2抑制剂改善T2D患者DKD风险评分 SGLT2抑制剂对T2D患者炎性指标的影响 SGLT2抑制剂对T2D患者血管内皮功能的影响 代谢组学方法研究SGLT2抑制剂对DKD患者的肾脏保护机制 SGLT2抑制剂对T2D患者肠道菌群的影响 不同降糖治疗方案的依从性及影响因素 患者6个月内新发蛋白尿、蛋白尿进展风险及相关预测因素

纳入标准：

(1) ≥18岁的2型糖尿病（WHO1999标准）患者
(2) 愿意接受蛋白尿筛查且加入研究，签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (WHO1999) above 18 years of age.
(2) Willing to accept proteinuria screening and join the study, sign the informed consent

排除标准：

(1)正在接受透析治疗的患者
(2)肾移植患者
(3)正在参与或在过去3个月内曾参与任何其他临床试验

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients undergoing dialysis
(2) Renal transplant patients
(3) Is participating in or has participated in any other clinical trial in the past 3 months
