研究目的：

主要目的：评估飞秒激光辅助白内障手术联合角膜弧形切开术中，钝性分离角膜弧形切口与不行钝性分离在矫正散光的效果对比。观察钝性分离后，是否可以得到更大更稳定的散光矫正效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To evaluate the efficacy of a arcuate keratotomy with blunt dissection and a arcuate keratotomy without blunt dissection in the correction of astigmatism during femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery .To observe whether greater and more stable astigmatism correction can be achieved after blunt separation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄45-75岁;
2.合并0.5D-2.5D角膜规则散光的白内障患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 45 to 75 years;
2. Cataract patients with 0.5-2.5D regular corneal astigmatism.

排除标准：

1.角膜屈光手术史；
2.眼底病变、眼内手术史；
3.角膜内皮病变；
4.不规则散光；
5.超过-18.0D的高度近视。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of corneal refractive surgery;
2. History of fundus disease and intraocular surgery;
3. Corneal endotheliopathy;
4. irregular astigmatism;
5. High myopia over -18.0 days.
