研究目的：

本次研究旨在观察苯磺酸瑞马唑仑应用于内镜下食管胃底静脉曲张精准断流术的临床效果，为肝功能异常患者提供更加优化的临床ESVD镇静/麻醉方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of remazolam besylate applied in precision devascularization of esophageal and gastric fundus varices under endoscope, and to provide a more optimized clinical ESVD sedation/anaesthesia program for patients with abnormal liver function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄为 18～65 岁，性别不限，ASA Ⅱ～III级，18≤BMI≤30，择期全麻下行内镜下食管胃底静脉曲张精准断流手术，手术时间 0.5-1 小时，自愿参加试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Age is 18-65 years old, gender is not limited, ASA II-III, 18<=BMI<=30, precise devascularization of esophagus and gastric varices under elective general anesthesia, operation time 0.5-1 hour, volunteer to participate in the trial And sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

手术时间>1h，术中大出血转开放手术。

Exclusion criteria：

The operation time was > 1h, and the intraoperative hemorrhage was switched to open surgery.
