研究目的：

1.通过临床随机对照试验探讨电针“百会”、“神庭”对社区非痴呆性血管性认知障碍（vascular cognitive impairment no dementia,VCIND)患者认知功能的影响。 2.利用fMRI技术观察电针“百会”、“神庭”对VCIND患者脑默认模式网络（default mode network ,DMN）的影响，阐释电针“百会”、“神庭”治疗VCIND潜在的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Study on the effect of electroacupuncture "Baihui" and "Shen Ting" on cognitive function of patients with non vascular dementia in community through randomized controlled clinical trial; 2. Base on the brain default mode network ,study on the effect of electroacupuncture "Baihui" and "Shen Ting" of VCIND patients with fMRI technique, and to explain the potential mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

两组均接受基础药物常规治疗，包括降压、降糖、抗血小板聚集、调脂等。 治疗组治疗方案 电针治疗：穴位：百会、神庭 操作：选取百会穴，位置：在头部，当前发际正中直上5寸，或两耳尖连线的中点处。神庭穴，位置：在头部，当前发际正中直上0.5寸。取穴依据有关文献（新世纪全国高等中医药院校规划教材“针灸学”，中国中医药出版社出版）。操作：选用由苏州医疗用品厂生产的华佗牌1.5寸不锈钢毫针进行针刺。穴位局部常规酒精消毒，毫针与头皮呈30°进针，从前向后快速将针刺入头皮下，当针尖达到帽状腱膜下层时，指下感觉阻力减小，然后使针与头皮平行，进入深度约1.5-2.0 cm。连接电针仪器（苏州医疗用品厂，型号：G6805），调疏密波，大小以受试者耐受为度，留针30 min，每天一次，一周五次，连续8周。 健康宣教：每周一次，30 min的健康宣教，内容包括血压、血糖、血脂等知识的管理。 对照组治疗方案 仅进行健康宣教内容，不进行电针干预。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合西医VCIND诊断标准；
②蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）得分：18-26，若受教育年限≤12 年，则在得分基础上加 1 分；
③年龄50至75岁之间；
④最近半年内未接受针刺治疗；
⑤自愿参加本课题研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) according to the diagnostic standard of VCIND;
(2) the Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA) score: 18-26, if the education years are less than 12 years, then add 1 points on the basis of score;
(3) between 50 and 75 years of age;
(4) There was no acupuncture treatment in the last half of the year;
(5) Voluntary participation in the research and signing of informed consent.

排除标准：

①意识障碍，严重视力、听力及失语障碍，以及其他健康评估都不能完成者；
②血管性痴呆、阿尔茨海默病、甲状腺功能减退、脑外伤等原因导致的记忆力及执行功能障碍；
③合并肿瘤、严重心、肝、肾、造血系统和内分泌系统等严重原发性疾病；
④精神病史（如人格障碍、精神分裂症等）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) disturbance of consciousness, severe vision, hearing loss and aphasia, and other health assessments can not be completed;
(2) Memory impairment and executive dysfunction due to vascular dementia, Alzheimer's disease, hypothyroidism, and brain trauma;
(3) merger of tumor, serious heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system;
(4) psychiatric history (such as personality disorder, schizophrenia, etc.).

本次研究受试者随机分组序列由本校循证医学中心统计工作人员采用SAS9.1统计软件PROC PLAN程序产生，并应用不透光、密闭封信法隐藏随机分组序列。将合格对象按纳入的顺序编号以及1:1比例随机分配进入电针组、对照组。随机序列由课题组专人负责管理。
