研究目的：

通过收集大量TNBC患者组织样本，采取免疫组织化学染色、免疫荧光等检测方法，观察MSLN的表达情况、亚细胞定位及其与TNBC患者临床病理特点的关系，并进一步探讨MSLN作为TNBC患者CAR-T治疗TAA的可行性，从而为探寻更有效的TNBC治疗方案，提供新的实验依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Collecting a large number of tissue samples from TNBC patients, using immunohistochemical staining, immunofluorescence and other detection methods, to observe the expression of MSLN, subcellular location and its relationship with the clinicopathological characteristics of TNBC patients. And further explore MSLN as a CAR-T for TNBC patients The feasibility of treating TAA provides a new experimental basis for exploring more effective TNBC treatment options.

纳入标准：

由2名以上病理专家重新共同阅片并明确诊断为TNBC。

Inclusion criteria

Two or more pathologists observed together and clearly diagnosed as Triple Negative Breast Cancer.

排除标准：

（1）肿瘤级别未定和诊断不明确的病例。
（2）研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Cases with undetermined tumor grade and unclear diagnosis.
(2) Exclude the researchers who are not suitable for clinical trials because of other reasons.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表。录入采用相应的数据库双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍对比。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records，researchers will completely write accurate data into case report forms in time. Input the data into corresponding database system by two special researchers with two computers respectively. After that, researchers compare the database twice and electronic data will be conserved and backup well.
