研究目的：

统计遵义医学院附属医院HER2阳性乳腺癌的发生情况、曲妥珠单抗靶向治疗状况，比较曲妥珠单抗靶向与非靶向治疗疗效及安全性的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Countting the occurrence of incidence of HER2 positive breast cancer and the status of targeted treatment of trastuzumab and comparing the efficacy and safety between trastuzumab targeted and non-targeted therapy in Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi medical university.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）美国东部肿瘤协作组（Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group，ECOG）体能状态评分0~2分；2）HER2（+++）或FISH检测结果HER2扩增；3）生存期＞3个月；4）重要脏器功能基本正常，血常规以及肝肾功能基本正常，无治疗禁忌证。

Inclusion criteria

1) We required patients to have an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 0~2;
2) HER2（+++）or FISH:HER2 over-expression;
3) Survival time > 3 months;
4) Important viscera function is basically normal, Blood routine and liver and kidney function basically normal, no treatment taboo card.

排除标准：

1）缺乏治疗前基线影像信息，不能评估患者疗效者；2)缺乏治疗前心脏超声检查，不能评估安全性的患者；3)不能配合进行生存随访或造成生存期不明的失访病例；4）双侧乳腺癌患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients who lack baseline image information before treatment and cannot evaluate the efficacy of patients;
2) Lack of pretreatment cardiac ultrasound examination, unable to assess the safety of patients;
3) Failure to cooperate with survival follow-up or loss of patients with unknown survival period;
4) patients with bilateral breast cancer.
