研究目的：

分析比较半月板损伤至手术治疗的时间及患者活动方式与强度，对4种标准半月板切除术式临床疗效的影响，提出膝关节外侧半月板损伤的个体化分类治疗新策略  

Objectives of Study：

Study the time from meniscus injury to operation, style and intensity of patient's activity. Compare the clinical effect of four kinds of standard meniscectomy. Make new and individual therapeutic strategies for lateral meniscus injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

关节镜下诊断为创伤性或退变性外侧半月板损伤者

Inclusion criteria

diagnosed as traumatic or degenerative lateral meniscus injury under arthroscope

排除标准：

1合并内侧半月板损伤或交叉韧带损伤者或侧副韧带损伤者；2合并滑膜炎性病变，包括痛风性滑膜炎、结核性滑膜炎、类风湿性关节炎、化脓性感染等疾病；3既往行同侧膝关节手术患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with medial meniscus injury,cruciate ligament injury ,collateral ligaments injury; 2.Combined with synovitis,including gouty synovitis,tuberculous synovitis,rheumatoid arthritis and pyogenic infection et al;3.patients who have received operation on the homolateral knee joint before.
