研究目的：

评估五味消毒饮对急性痛风性关节炎临床疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Wuweixiaodu Decoction in treating acute gouty arthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.自愿在试验相关活动前签署知情同意书，并能够理解试验的程序和方法，愿意严格遵守临床试验方案完成试验；
2.年龄在18-75岁之间，男女不限；
3.符合1977年或2015年ACR（American College of Rheumatology）痛风分类诊断标准，并经专业医生确定为急性关节炎期中重度活动，且中医辨病为湿热蕴结型患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form before the trial-related activities, be able to understand the procedures and methods of the trial, and be willing to strictly abide by the clinical trial protocol to complete the trial;
2. Age between 18-75 years old, male or female;
3. Patients who meet the 1977 or 2015 ACR (American College of Rheumatology) classification and diagnosis criteria for gout, and have been identified by professional doctors as moderate to severe activity in the acute arthritis stage, and the TCM differentiates the disease as damp-heat accumulation type.

排除标准：

①研究人员认为依从性不佳，影响药物安全性和有效性评价的人员；药物滥用人员。
②合并有肾功能衰竭、肝功能损害（转氨酶大于正常值上限三倍）的患者。③对方案中各种药物过敏者。④患有有慢性心脏病史、恶性肿瘤、复发性感染性疾病、消化性溃疡、血三系偏低的患者。⑤患有可能混淆痛风关节炎的其他疾病，如类风湿关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、银屑病关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、干燥综合征等疾病。⑥孕妇及哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

①Personnel whose compliance is considered by researchers to be poor, affecting the evaluation of drug safety and efficacy; Substance abusers. ② patients with renal failure and liver damage (transaminase is three times greater than the upper limit of normal value). (3) Allergic to various drugs in the program. (4) Patients with a history of chronic heart disease, malignant tumors, recurrent infectious diseases, peptic ulcer, low blood three system. ⑤ suffer from other diseases that may confuse gout arthritis, such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome and other diseases. ⑥ Pregnant women and lactating women.
