研究目的：

本研究探讨股直肌肌肉参数与肌少症的相关性，寻求肌少症老年患者的个体化麻醉方案。  

Objectives of Study：

This study dissus intends to the correlation between rectus femoris muscle parameters and sarcopenia and individualized anesthesia was sought for elderly patients with sarcopenia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

腹腔镜胃癌根治术手术患者，年龄＞60岁，年龄＜90岁，美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）麻醉风险分级Ⅱ～Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

Patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy, age＞60and age＜90,ASAⅡ～Ⅲ.

排除标准：

①神经肌肉疾病，②下肢手术史，③肢体偏瘫，④认知功能障碍，⑤不能配合本研究方案，⑥近3年内服用类固醇皮质激素，⑦住院期间二次手术，⑧严重心血管系统疾病，⑨腹部手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

①neuromuscular disease,②history of lower limb surgery,③limb hemiplegia,④cognitive dysfunction,⑤patient refused,⑥corticosteroids in the past three years,⑦second surgery during hospitalization,⑧serious cardiovascular diseases,⑨history of abdominal surgery.
