评估辣木叶营养制剂缓解疲劳、增强体能的作用，并探讨相关的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the fatigue-relieving and physical capacity-enhancing effects of Moringa leaf nutrition preparation, and explore the mechanisms involved.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.男性，年龄20岁-45岁，身体健康；
2.未经过系统体能训练或体育专业训练；
3.近期均无训练伤、感冒及无其他严重疾病；
4.同意参加本试验，依从性好，能配合参与整个研究过程。

Inclusion criteria

1. male, aged 20 - 45 years old, in good health.
2. have not undergone systematic physical training or sports professional training.
3. No recent training injuries, colds and no other serious illnesses.
4. agree to participate in this trial, have good compliance, and can cooperate in the whole study process.

排除标准：

1.年龄不在20-45岁范围者；
2.参加过系统体能训练或体育专业训练；
3.三个月内服用含有兴奋作用的药物及营养功能性食品；

Exclusion criteria：

1. those who are not in the age range of 20-45 years old.
2. Have participated in systematic physical training or specialized sports training.
3. taking drugs containing excitatory effects and functional foods within three months.
