研究目的：

1) 成立中国儿童组织细胞病协作组（CCHG），制定CCHG-HLH-2018方案，用于中国儿童噬血细胞综合征（HLH）多中心临床研究，评价CCHG-HLH-2018方案的临床疗效； 2) 基于CCHG-HLH-2018方案，进行中国儿童HLH危险度分组，实施个体化分层治疗方案，评价其临床疗效； 3) 在分层治疗基础上，探讨DEP/L-DEP二线方案在儿童难治复发HLH中的疗效；  

Objectives of Study：

1) The main purpose of this research is to study the efficiency of CCHG- HLH-2018 regimen for hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) treatment of children in China; 2) Based on the CCHG- HLH-2018 regimen, we evaluate the efficiency of stratified and individualized therapy strategy for HLH treatment according to the disease risk; 3) Based on the stratified and individualized therapy, we explore the efficiency of DEP/L-DEP regimen as a salvage therapy for refractory /relapsed HLH

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）初发（新诊断）HLH患者，诊断符合HLH-04标准；
（2）年龄在18周岁以下；
（3） 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Newly diagnosed HLH patients who met HLH-2004 diagnostic criteria;
2) Under the age of 18 years;
3) Informed consent was obtained.

排除标准：

（1）明确肿瘤、风湿免疫病及寄生虫感染相关HLH；
（2）对治疗方案使用的药物过敏；
（3）同期参加其他临床研究；
（4）未按本方案全程治疗；
（5）院外确断HLH，并用过VP16化疗。

Exclusion criteria：

If patients have one of the following conditions, they cannot be enrolled in this research:
1) Definite diagnosis of HLH associated with malignancies, autoimmune diseases and parasitic infections;
2) Allergic to drugs involved in the protocol;
3) Participate in other clinical studies at the same time;
4) Do not accept the full courses of this protocol;
5) Who has been diagnosed as HLH and has used VP16 in other hospitals.
