研究目的：

本项目拟联合多模态影像技术，筛选准确预测HT术后慢性排斥反应的无创影像学参数，构建HT术后不良结局的风险预测系统，并通过临床研究进一步明确其有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

This project plans to combine multimodal imaging technology to screen non-invasive imaging parameters that accurately predict chronic rejection after HT, build a risk prediction system for adverse outcomes after HT, and further clarify its effectiveness through clinical research.

纳入标准：

知情并自愿参加本研究者，年龄≥18岁
承诺遵守研究程序，并配合实施全过程研究
2015年后1月1日以后武汉协和医院心脏移植术后患者

Inclusion criteria

Informed and volunteered to participate in this study, aged ≥18 years old
Commit to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process of research
Patients after heart transplantation in Wuhan Union Medical College Hospital after January 1, 2015

排除标准：

严重心肺病
中度至重度慢性肾脏患者
怀孕，可能怀孕或哺乳期的患者
研究者或研究者认为不适合参加本研究的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Severe heart and lung disease
Patients with moderate to severe chronic kidney disease
Patients who are pregnant, possibly pregnant or breast-feeding
Researchers or patients deemed unsuitable to participate in this study
