研究目的:

手眼协调能力影响着我们的日常生活,敏捷的手眼协调性是生活必需的,但它会随着年龄的增长而衰退,尤其在老年人身上更为明显。Gozli (2014)的研究指出电脑游戏可以强化学习动机和提高反应能力,在老年人口化的今天,我们设计了一个体感的电脑游戏,希望借着手和眼的运动以及趣味益智的游戏来改善老年人日渐衰退的手眼协调能力,而这样一个结合手势感应器的电脑游戏是否能有效改善老年人的手眼协调能力,是本研究的目的。  

Objectives of Study:

Eye-hand coordination is an integral part of everyday life. Since eye-hand coordination declines with increasing age, carrying out daily tasks would be harder for the elderly and result in a lower quality of life. In 2014, a study stated that video games can bolster sensorimotor learning (Gozli). This study aims to create a motion-controlled computer game for improving eye-hand coordination and to evaluate the efficacy of the game through experimentation with the elderly.

纳入标准:

65岁以上,定期回诊追踪领药之病患,或做健康检查之健康成年人

Inclusion criteria

Elderly above the age of 65, patients with regular reappointments for prescriptions, or healthy individuals from health checkups

排除标准:

排除中风等脑血管疾病、血压血糖控制不良、上呼吸道感染、眼部及手部疾患之病患

Exclusion criteria:

Strokes or other cardiovascular diseases, poor control of blood sugar levels and blood pressure, upper respiratory track infections, and eye or hand infections
