研究目的：

非侵入性和可重复的方式描绘整体肿瘤的生物学信息可以帮助医生做出精准诊断及个体化治疗决策，避免活检给患者带来的创伤、分子检测带来的经济负担、局部活检导致的信息遗漏以至于有效治疗手段的错失。  

Objectives of Study：

Describing the biological information of the whole tumor in a non-invasive and repeatable way can help doctors make accurate diagnosis and individualized treatment decisions, avoiding the trauma of biopsy to patients, the economic burden of molecular testing, the omission of information caused by local biopsy and the loss of effective treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）经手术后病理(WHO 2016年中枢神经系统肿瘤分类)确诊的脑胶质瘤患者；（2）为初诊初治患者；（3）术前未行放化疗治疗；（4）术前1周内接受过常规颅脑MRI检查且MRI影像序列完整：T1WI，T1增强序列(T1CE), T2WI，T2 FLAIR；（5）无严重并存病，无其他恶性肿瘤。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with glioma diagnosed by postoperative pathology (WHO central Nervous system Tumor Classification 2016); (2) patients with initial diagnosis and treatment; (3) No preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy was performed; (4) Conventional brain MRI examination within 1 week before surgery with complete MRI image sequence: T1WI, T1 enhanced sequence (T1CE), T2WI, T2 FLAIR; (5) No serious comorbidities, no other malignant tumors.

排除标准：

（1）图像质量不佳，无法满足软件处理要求的患者；（2）常规颅脑MRI检查前接受过穿刺活检的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with poor image quality and unable to meet the requirements of software processing; (2) Patients who had received needle biopsy before routine BRAIN MRI examination.
