研究目的：

肺结核患者及时进行合理治疗，提高患者依从性，提高治愈率，仍是目前减少结核病传播、控制结核病流行最有效的公共卫生措施。为了推进2030年之前实现“终止结核病流行”的目标，以提高肺结核患者用药的依从性为主要目的，研究制定适宜的临床合理用药科普干预方案，形成以促进临床疗效为目标的科普干预方法和科普资源，开展对患者的用药科普干预实践，形成肺结核的科普干预指导手册。  

Objectives of Study：

Timely and reasonable treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients, improving patient compliance, and improving the cure rate are still the most effective public health measures to reduce the spread of tuberculosis and control the prevalence of tuberculosis. In order to achieve the goal of "ending the TB epidemic" before 2030, with the main purpose of improving the compliance of pulmonary TB patients with medication, research and formulate appropriate popular science intervention programs for clinical rational drug use, and form popular science intervention methods and popular science with the goal of promoting clinical efficacy. resources, carry out drug science intervention practice for patients, and form a guide manual for pulmonary tuberculosis science intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)18岁或以上；2）患有初治活动性肺结核；3）识字，能够使用微信等社交软件。

Inclusion criteria

1) 18 years old or older; 2) suffering from newly diagnosed active pulmonary tuberculosis; 3) literate and capable of using social softwares such as WeChat.

排除标准：

1)患耐药肺结核或按耐药肺结核治疗方案治疗的患者；2）并发艾滋病、恶性肿瘤、心、脑、肝、肾等严重疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1) suffering from drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis or treated according to the treatment plan of drug-resistant tuberculosis; 2) complicated with serious diseases such as AIDS, malignant tumor and severe diseases in heart, brain, liver, and kidney.
