研究目的：

本研究将基于恶心呕吐风险评估的标准化管理策略，探讨该策略应用的可行性及其对我院妇科手术患者恶心呕吐发生率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will be based on the standardized management strategy of nausea and vomiting risk assessment to explore the feasibility of the application of the strategy and its impact on the incidence of nausea and vomiting in gynecological surgery patients in our hospital.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

入组病例需要同时满足以下4个条件。
1、签订知情同意书；2、年龄18-65岁；3、择期全麻下行腹腔镜妇科手术患者；4、ASA Ⅰ或Ⅱ级

Inclusion criteria

The enrolled cases need to meet the following four conditions at the same time.

1. Sign informed consent; 2. They were 18-65 years old; 3. Laparoscopic gynecological surgery under general anesthesia was performed; 4. ASA grade I or II

排除标准：

1、 急诊手术患者；2、 胃肠道疾病患者；3、 术前24小时内服用过止吐药物；4、 对药物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Emergency operation patients; 2. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases; 3. Antiemetic drugs were taken within 24 hours before operation; 4. Allergic to drugs.
