研究目的：

本研究选择巢氏病例对照研究方法。对于在我院接受根除治疗的Hp感染患儿，在根除成功后完善问卷调查以及免疫功能（白细胞介素-1β、γ-干扰素、IFNGR1基因、PTPRZ1基因）检测，并对其进行为期1年的随访。选择1年内Hp感染复发的患儿为复发组，并在未复发患儿中按照年龄、性别进行1:4匹配，设定为非复发组，分析其问卷调查内容以及免疫功能结果，从而探讨Hp根除后感染复发的危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study ,nested case-control study was conducted.For the Hp infection children undergoing successfully Hp infection eradication therapy,to improve the questionnaire and immune function(interleukin beta,interferon gamma,IFNGRI gene and PTRRZ1 gene) detection,and following up for one year.Children Hp infection recrudesced in one year were as recurrence group,no recrudesced children matched 1:4 by age and gender were as non-recurrence group. By analyzing questionnaire content and immune function results,to explore the recurrence risk factors of eradicated Hp infection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄段为4-16岁的儿童。（2）Hp感染的诊断标准：经胃镜病理、快速尿素酶试验或13C-尿素呼气试验检查任何一项阳性者，确诊为Hp感染。（3）在我院接受Hp根除治疗，停止用药1月后，复查13C-尿素呼气试验阴性患儿。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Children aged 4-16 years old;
(2) Hp infection diagnostic criteria: one of gastroscope pathological or rapid urease test or 13c-urea breath is positive;
(3) 13c-urea breath test is negative one month after Hp eradication treatment.

排除标准：

（1）接受Hp根除治疗，但未根除者。（2）存在严重心、肺、肝、肾和神经、精神系统疾病者。（3）依从性差，不能完成随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Received Hp treatment without successful eradication;
(2) Patients with serious heart,lung,liver,kidney,nervous and mental disease;
(3) Patients with poor compliance and are difficult to follow up with.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

调查研究的原始纸质记录，包括问卷及相关表格密封存档。所有数据采用SPSS 22.0汇总分析，相关电子记录存入专门的硬盘。所有相关数据由研究组负责人保管。
