研究目的：

1） 检测慢性心力衰竭心脏中阿片受体表达情况 2） 探讨吗啡预处理减轻慢性心力衰竭心肌细胞缺血再灌注损伤的作用及机制  

Objectives of Study：

1) To detect the expression of opioid receptors in the heart of patients with chronic heart failure; 2) To explore the effect and mechanism of morphine preconditioning reducing myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in chronic heart failure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)拟接受体外循环的心脏手术患者；
(2) 18-65 周岁患者
(3)体重指数（BMI）18.5~30 kg/m2；
(4)美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级为Ⅰ~ IV级；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass for cardic sugery;
(2) Aged 18 to 60 years;
(3) BMI ranged for 18.5~30 kg/m2;
(4) ASA I-IV.

排除标准：

(1) 有严重的脑、肺、肝、肾和代谢疾病病史者；
(2)严重合并症及感染性疾病；
(3) 重大精神功能障碍；
(4) 肝炎梅毒及其他传染性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Serious history of brain, lung, liver, kidney and metabolic diseases;
(2) Severe complications and infectious diseases;
(3) Major mental dysfunction;
(4) Hepatitis,syphilis and other infectious diseases.
