Objectives of Study：

To study the incidence and distribution of complications after different pelvic reconstruction surgeries (mesh/native tissue) in multi-centers.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

收集自2017年11月至2022年12月全国26家参加研究医院因“盆腔器官脱垂和/或尿失禁”行不同盆底重建手术的患者，观察患者术后的并发症发生情况，根据IUGA/ICS制定的并发症分类系统分别予以登记。 盆底重建手术包括经阴道放置网片的盆底重建手（前、中、后盆腔或联合）、开腹/腹腔镜骶前固定术（Y型网片/自裁剪合成网片）、利用自身组织修复（骶棘韧带固定术、高位子宫骶韧带悬吊、坐骨棘筋膜固定术、Lefort等）、抗尿失禁手术（无张力尿道中段悬吊吊带）。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Patients who undergo different pelvic floor reconstructive surgeries for the cure of pelvic organ prolapse (POP) and/or stress urinary incontinence (SUI) between November 2017 and December 2022 from 26 tertiary hospitals are prospectively collected. Our study aims to follow-up and report the incidences of postoperative complications according to the International Urogynecological Association-International Continence Society（IUGA-ICS）Complication Classification Coding(Category-Time-Site coding system). The aimed pelvic floor reconstructive surgeries involve anterior, apical, posterior or total pelvic reconstruction with trans-vaginal mesh, open/laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy (Y-shape tape/self-cut synthesized mesh), repair using native tissue(sacrospinous ligament fixation, high uterosacral ligament suspesion, ischial spinous fascia fixation, the Lefort operation and so on) and as well as anti-urinary incontinence surgeries(tension-free vaginal tape).  

纳入标准：

1. 2018年6月至2023年6月全国26家参加研究医院因“盆腔器官脱垂和/或尿失禁“拟行盆底重建手术的患者。手术适应症如下：
A.子宫或阴道骶骨固定术：
主要适应证：有症状的穹窿脱垂POP-Q II度以上患者；POP术后顶端复发的患者（有症状、且POP-Q>=II度）；初治的中盆腔缺陷为主的POP-Q III度以上，特别是性生活活跃的年轻患者。
B. 骶棘韧带固定术（Sacrospinous Ligament Fixation, SSLF）：
主要适应症：中盆腔缺陷为主的症状性POP-Q II度以上患者，可在子宫切除完成后或者保留子宫时完成。类似的手术方式髂尾肌筋膜固定术、坐骨棘筋膜固定术。
C. 高位宫骶韧带悬吊术（High Uterosacral Liagment suspension, HUS）：
适应症：同骶棘韧带固定术
D. 经阴道植入网片的全盆低重建术：
适应症：POP术后复发的患者；年龄偏大的重度POP（POP-Q III~IV度）初治患者。
E. 阴道封闭术：Lefor手术
适应症：重度子宫或阴道穹窿脱垂，并且没有性生活要求的绝经后女性。
F.抗尿失禁：阴道无张力尿道中段悬吊带术
适应症：1）尿道高活动型压力性尿失禁；2）尿道内括约肌障碍型的压力性尿失禁；3）以压力性尿失禁为主的混合性尿失禁。
2. 包括既往自身组织的盆底重建手术失败、复发；

Inclusion criteria

1. Women who accepted pelvic floor reconstructive surgeries for POP and/or SUI between November 2017 and December 2022 at 26 tertiary hospitals in China mainland.
The surgical indications:
(1) Laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy/sacrocervicopexy:
Indications: presenting with at least 3 prolapse of the uterus, with or without concomitant cystocele and rectocele; symptomatic stage 2 or greater prolapse of the vaginal vault or apical recurrence, especially having desire of sexual life.
(2) Sacrospinous Ligament Fixation, SSLF:
Indications: Presenting symptomatic stage 2 or greater prolapse of the uterus, with or without concomitant cystocele and rectocele. The procedure usually is performed after hysterectomy or when the uterus is preserved.
(3) High Uterosacral Ligament suspension, HUS. Indications: The same as SSLF.
(4) AnteriorPosterior or Total pelvic reconstructive surgery using trans-vaginal mesh (TVM).
Indications: Patients experienced recurrence of prolapse in the same compartment that has a history of pelvic floor repair surgery; The choice for elder patients who will accept primary surgery for advanced POP (staging III or IV).
(5) Colpocleisis: the Lefort surgery.
Indications: Postmenopausal women with advanced uterus or vaginal apex prolapse, and have no desire of sexual life.
(6) Anti-urinary incontinence surgeries: tension-free vaginal tape.
Indications: Stress urinary incontinence(SUI) patients who have hyperactivity of urethra, or internal urethral sphincter disorder; Or mainly presenting SUI symptoms in patients with mixed urinary incontinence.
2. The failure or recurrence of prolapse the same compartment that has been underwent repair using native tissue.

排除标准：

1. 既往加用合成网片、生物材料的盆底重建手术史的患者同腔室复发；
2. 既往加用吊带的抗尿失禁手术史；（既往尿失禁手术，此次因POP手术的不排除在外）
3. 急慢性盆腔、生殖道感染；
4. 心、肝、肾等重要脏器疾病存在手术禁忌。

Exclusion criteria：

Women who had any following conditions are excluded: (1) the recurrence occurred on the same pelvic compartment with a prior history of prolapse repair surgery using mesh, an implant or a graft; (2) a prior history of anti-incontinence surgery using tape; however, patients who are inferred to accept procedures for POP this time are not included; (3) acute/chronic pelvic inflammation, genital tract infections; (4) any severe medical diseases that precluded the operations.
