纳入标准：

1. 下颌牙列缺失；2. 牙槽嵴重度吸收；3. 全身无系统性疾病，身体状况良好；4. 能按时复诊。

Inclusion criteria

1. low edutoulous jaw;
2. the heavy absorbtion of mandible;
3. without system healthy problem;
4. good compliance

排除标准：

. 下颌牙列缺损；2. 牙槽嵴无吸收或中度吸收；3. 全身系统性疾病，身体状况欠佳不能耐受手术；4. 不能按时复诊。

Exclusion criteria：

1. no low edutoulous jaw;
2. little or middle absorbtion of mandible;
3. with system healthy problem.
