研究目的：

观察长期口服阿司匹林对肺癌根治术患者血清外泌体lncRNAs的影响及患者的预后，了解长期口服阿司匹林对肺癌患者内环境的影响，为阿司匹林作为肺癌患者临床辅助用药提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of long-term oral aspirin on serum exosome lncRNAs of patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer and the prognosis of patients, and to understand the effect of long-term oral aspirin on the internal environment of patients with lung cancer, so as to provide a basis for aspirin as clinical adjuvant drug in patients with lung cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 影像学或组织病理学确诊为肺癌的患者；
2. 拟行择期肺癌根治术术；
3. 年龄40-70岁；
4. 对本研究知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with lung cancer by imaging or histopathology;
2. Elective radical resection of lung cancer is planned;
3. Aged 40 to 70 years;
4. Informed consent.

排除标准：

1. ASA分级>3级；
2. 对阿司匹林及其他解热镇痛药物过敏；
3. 血液系统疾病（中重度缺铁性贫血、血友病、血小板减少症等）；
4. 消化系统溃疡；
5. 脑血管出血性疾病；
6. 肝肾功能减退、心功能不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. ASA > 3;
2. Allergy to Aspirin and other NSAIDs;
3. History of circulatory system diseases (e.g. moderate to severe iron-deficency anemia, hemophilia and thrombocytopenia);
4. Ulceration of digestive system;
5. Hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease;
6. Hepatic renal dysfunction, cardiac insufficiency;
