研究目的：

主要目的：评价SNA001在清甲治疗中的疗效非劣效于目前临床常规应用的停服甲状腺激素疗法（THW）； 次要目的：观察SNA001在DTC患者术后清甲治疗中的安全性和免疫原性。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Purpose: Evaluation of SNA001 effectiveness non-inferior to thyroid hormone withdrawal used by clinical practice during thyroid ablation; Secondary Purpose: Safety and immunogenicity of SNA001 after postoperative ablation treatment in DTC patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.签署知情同意时，年龄18-70岁（包括边界值），性别不限；
2.具有行为能力，且自愿参加本次临床研究，并签署知情同意书（ICF）者；
3.筛选时，体力状况（ECOG）评分0-1分者（详见附录1）；
4.筛选时，基础心率55-110次/分者（包括边界值）；
5.筛选时，血压测量值<高血压1级水平（包括有高血压病史，通过锻炼或药物治疗收缩压血压＜140且舒张压＜90mmHg）者；
6.组织学确诊为分化型甲状腺癌[包括：乳头状癌（PTC）、滤胞癌（FTC）或乳头状/滤泡混合型癌]者；
7.根据患者出院资料，筛选前一年内（≥4周）已行甲状腺全切或近全切手术（全甲状腺切除术，即切除所有甲状腺组织，无肉眼可见的甲状腺组织残存；近全甲状腺切除术，即切除几乎所有肉眼可见的甲状腺组织，保留<1g的非肿瘤性甲状腺组织，如喉返神经入喉处或甲状旁腺处的非肿瘤性甲状腺组织）者[1]；
8.甲状腺全切或近全切手术后，TSH抑制治疗≥4周者；
9.筛选前2W保持低碘饮食者；
10.肿瘤TNM分期为T1-3，N0-1或Nx、M0者（依据AJCC 第七版，详见附录2）；
11.筛选时TSH<5mU/L者（筛选期各分中心检测结果）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 70 years, male and female, when signing informed consent form;
2. Willingness to participate clinical study, and sign ICF, who possessed behavioral abilitity;
3. ECOG score 0-1 at screening phase(see Appendix 1);
4. Basal heart rate 55-110 time/min at screening phase(boundary value included);
5. Blood pressure < Grade 1 Hypertension at screening phase(History of hypertension included, and maintaining systolic pressure < 140mmHg and diastolic pressure <90mmHg by excise and antihypertensive drugs);
6. Differentiated thyroid cancer diagnosed by histology(papillary thyroid cancer, follicular thyroid cancer, or papillary/follicular thyroid cancer);
7. Total or near total thyroidectomy within one year(>=4 weeks) before screening;
8. TSH treatment >=4 weeks after total or near total thyroidectomy;
9. Low iodine diet for two weeks before screening phase;
10. According to AJCC Seventh Version, T1-3, N0-1, or NxM0(see Appendix 2);
11. TSH< 5mU/L detected in study sites at screening phase;

排除标准：

1.预计生存时间<12个月者；
2.不能良好地按照本临床试验方案规定进行访视，或接受相关检查，或治疗者；
3.对试验用药品（rhTSH或131I）或其辅料过敏者；
DTC专科情况
4.诊断为甲状腺未分化癌，或髓样癌，或恶性淋巴瘤者；
5.临床高度怀疑或已有临床证据提示DTC已有远处转移（需文件支持证据如影像学检查结果等）者；
6.筛选前2W内已行131I诊断放射性碘全身显像（WBS）检查者；
7.无TgAb干扰时，筛选期非刺激性Tg>10ng/mL；
8.组织学合并甲状腺炎者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Estimated survival time < 12 months;
2. Patients who cannot comply to clinical trial protocol, and receive vision, test, or treatment;
3. Be allergic to investigated drugs or excipients (rhTSH or 131I);
4. Diagnosed as undifferentiated thyroid cancer, or myeloid carcinoma, or malignant lymphoma;
5. Suspected or evident distance metastasis by imaging;
6. 131I diagnosed whole body scan within two weeks before screening phase;
7. Non- stimulated Tg > 10 ng/mL without disturbance of TgAb;
8. Patients combined with thyroiditis.

本试验采用分层区组随机化方法，根据甲状腺癌TNM分期进行分层。按1：1的比例将受试者随机分为试验组和对照组，采用临床试验中央随机系统（DAS for IWRS）分配随机号。
