研究目的：

观察中医内外合治糖尿病足溃疡的疗效，形成疗效显著、作用机制明确、可供推广应用的糖尿病足中医药预防和治疗的临床方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the curative effect of internal and external treatment of diabetic foot ulcer with traditional Chinese medicine, and to form a clinical program of prevention and treatment of diabetic foot with traditional Chinese medicine which has clear effect mechanism and can be popularized and applied.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a.符合糖尿病诊断标准; b.符合糖尿病足 Wagner I-V级分级标准; c.年龄45～80岁；d.本人或其监护人同意参加随机对照试验并签署知情同意书者。同时符合上述各条者方可纳入。

Inclusion criteria

A. Meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes;B. Comply with the Wagner I-V grading standard of diabetic foot;C. 45 to 80 years old;D. The person or his/her guardian agrees to participate in the randomized controlled trial and signs the informed consent; Only those who meet the requirements of the above articles can be included.

排除标准：

a.年龄在 45 岁以下或 80 岁以上; b.妊娠或哺乳期妇女; c.近3个月内有糖尿病酮症、酮症酸中毒以及重度感染者; d.有严重心、肝、肾等并发症，或合并有其他严重原发性疾病，精神病患者; e.其他原因引起的神经、血管病变者; f.对治疗方案中相关药物过敏，不适合接受本治疗方案者; g.正在参加其他临床试验者；h.研究者认为不适合入组的其它情况。符合以上一条者即予排除。

Exclusion criteria：

A. Under 45 years old or over 80 years old;B. Pregnant or lactating women;C. Diabetic ketosis ketoacidosis and severe infection within the last 3 months;D. Mental patients with serious complications of heart, liver and kidney, or with other serious primary diseases;E. Neurovascular lesions caused by other causes;F. People who are allergic to the relevant drugs in the treatment plan and are not suitable for this treatment plan;G. Participating in other clinical trials;H. Other conditions considered by the researcher to be unsuitable for inclusion will be excluded if they conform to the above article.Those complying with the above article will be excluded.

按糖尿病足WagnerⅠ-Ⅴ级分级采用分层随机的方法，操作如下：通过招募人员严格控制纳入质量，将纳入的患者按照就诊顺序编号。使用 SPSS 22.0 软件中的随机函数为每 1 个就诊顺序编号生成 1 个随机数字，再将随机数字由小到大依次排序（若生成的随机数字中出现数字相等的情况，限定先生成形成“就诊顺序编号-随机数字-分组”的排表，然后放入密封的不透明信封中，信封外写上就诊顺序号。根据参与本次研究的受试者就诊顺序选择信封，按照信封中的随机数字和分组进行试验。
