研究目的：

主要目的：探讨孕产妇群体（需求者）和医疗服务提供者（供应者）中纯母乳喂养支持体系的相关因素（障碍或保护因素），为进一步构建干预支持体系提供线索。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To explore the related factors(hurdles or protective factors) in exclusive breastfeeding support system among both maternal population (Demanders) and health care providers (Suppliers) so as to provide clues for the further construction of intervention and support system.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

第一部分：母乳喂养支持体系需方（孕产妇及家属）相关因素调查纳入标准：①健康孕妇及胎儿，无不良妊娠史；②单胎；③具有一定的阅读理解能力、无认知障碍；④知情同意者。
第二部分：母乳喂养支持体系供方（产、儿、护）相关因素调查纳入标准：①在产科从事临床实践的一线工作者，取得执业医师资格证的产科和儿科医生及取得执业护士资格证的护士，包括进修医生、进修护士；②取得本人知情同意，自愿参加。

Inclusion criteria

Part Ⅰ: the breastfeeding support system demand side (maternal and family) related factors into the inclusion criteria: 1 healthy pregnant women and fetuses, no adverse pregnancy history; 2 singleton; 3 have a certain reading comprehension, no cognitive impairment; 4 Informed consent.
Part II: Breastfeeding Support System Suppliers (Production, Child, Care) Related Factors Survey Inclusion Criteria: 1 First-line workers engaged in clinical practice in obstetrics, obtained medical practitioner qualification certificate
Obstetricians and pediatricians and nurses who have obtained the qualification certificate for practicing nurses, including furthering doctors and training nurses; 2 obtaining their informed consent and voluntarily participating.

排除标准：

第一部分：母乳喂养支持体系需方（孕产妇及家属）相关因素调查排除标准：①母乳喂养禁忌症者；②孕周<37 周；③婴儿出生体重不足2500g；④确诊为精神类疾病患者。
第二部分：母乳喂养支持体系供方（产、儿、护）相关因素调查排除标准：实习生。

Exclusion criteria：

Part Ⅰ: the breastfeeding support system demand side (maternal and family) related factors investigation exclusion criteria: 1 breastfeeding contraindications; 2 weeks of pregnancy <37 weeks; 3 infants born underweight
2500g; 4 diagnosed as a patient with mental illness.
Part II: Investigation and Exclusion of Related Factors of Suppliers (Production, Child, and Care) of Breastfeeding Support System: Intern.
