研究目的：

本课题目的在于研究总结我国主要复杂先心病各病种外科治疗的近远期结果，建立各病种风险评估模型，与卫计委医政医管局委托阜外医院建立的心血管病质量控制中心数据对接，为国家卫生政策的制定提供医疗数据支持。具有重要的学术价值和社会意义。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of our task is to summarize the short and long-term of complex congential heart diseases surgical treament in China and establish the risk assessment model of CHD, which connects with the data from the cardiovascular diseases qualtiy control center built by Fuwai Hospital entrusted by the Medical Affair Authroity under the Health Planning Commission of China. It's of significant academic and social values that our task can provide the medical data support for making the national health policy.

纳入标准：

1. 本项目组参与单位及后期招募单位中，因先心病住院拟手术的患者；
2. 本项目组参与单位及后期招募单位中，先心病术后门诊随访患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. patients with CHD who is going to surgery in participant organizations and those recruted in later stage;
2. patients with CHD who join with the postoperative look-up in participant organizations and those recruited in later stage.

排除标准：

拒绝参与本题的患者。

for the patients who refuse to join our task.
