研究目的：

临床拔牙过程中垂直方向的力传导至神经表面达到破坏强度时神经可出现功能障碍，智齿拔除后下牙槽神经损伤这一问题值得大家关注，本研究则从这一棘手并发症入手，选取符合本研究纳入标准的患者，探究传统组、微创组、测力组三种拔牙方式的不同。测力组采用合适的牙挺挺刃组装而成的力反馈牙挺进行微创拔牙，并将动态拔牙力实时输出至显示屏上，量化牙挺拔牙过程中力的大小，并探究拔牙力的影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

In the process of clinical tooth extraction, when the vertical force is transmitted to the nerve surface to reach the destruction strength, the nerve may have dysfunction. The problem of inferior alveolar nerve injury after wisdom tooth extraction is worthy of everyones attention. This study starts with this tricky complication and selects Patients included in the standard in this study.To explore the differences of three tooth extraction methods among traditional group, minimally invasive group and force measuring group. Force measuring group used force feedback dental elevators assembled with appropriate dental elevator blades to perform minimally invasive tooth extraction, and output the dynamic extraction force to the display screen in real time to quantify the force during the extraction process, and Explore the influencing factors of tooth extraction force.

纳入标准：

经临床检查确定有拔除智齿指征;进行相关影像学检查;签署复杂牙拔除知情同意书及参与临床实验同意书.

Inclusion criteria

After clinical examination, it is confirmed that there are indications for wisdom tooth extraction; relevant imaging examinations; signed informed consent for complex tooth extraction and consent for participation in clinical trials.
