研究目的：

本研究通过MOAA/S 评分评估镇静深度，采用抛偏倚硬币设计（biased coin design, BCD）测定瑞马唑仑在衰弱或非衰弱老年人全麻镇静所需的ED95，为临床合理用药提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

we use the the MOAA/S score to evaluate the depth of sedation , and the ED95 required for general anesthesia sedation(MOAA/S ≤1) with remimazolam in the frail or non-frail elderly was measured by using biased coin design (BCD) method.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥65周岁；
2. ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级；
3.拟全身麻醉下行“非心脏、非脑外、非移植”择期手术；
4. 18.5kg/m2＜BMI＜23.9kg/m2；
5.本人或者授权人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. age ≥ 65 years;
2. ASA grade I-III;
3. planned "non-cardiac, non-extracerebral, non-transplant" elective surgery under general anesthesia
4.18.5 kg/m2 < BMI < 23.9 kg/m2;
5. personally or authorized person signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 具有长期服用镇静类药物患者；
2．对瑞马唑仑或丙泊酚过敏的患者；
3．言语、视听功能严重障碍患者；
4．拒绝参加本实验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients with long-term use of sedative drugs;
2. Patients allergic to remimazolam or propofol;
3. Patients with severe language and audiovisual dysfunction;
4. Patients who refuse to participate in this experiment.
