研究目的：

采用回顾性单臂试验研究，评价清肺排毒汤序贯健脾祛湿胶囊治疗郑州地区2021新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

A retrospective single-arm trial was conducted to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qingfepiaodu Decoction sequential Jianpi Qushi capsule in the sequential treatment of 2021 COVID-19 patients in Zhengzhou and explore its mechanism

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合新冠肺炎确诊患者定义；
②年龄12-88岁；
③确诊病例临床分型为轻型、普通型、重型、危重型；
④自愿接受治疗，签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

①Meet the definition of a confirmed COVID-19 patient;
②Age 12-88 years;
③The clinical types of confirmed cases were mild, ordinary, severe and critical;
④Voluntary treatment and informed consent form;

排除标准：

①未采用辨证治疗或辨证治疗＜3 d；
②痴呆、各种精神病患者；
③妊娠及哺乳期妇女；
④正在参加其他药物的临床试验者，已知对治疗药物过敏者。
⑤严重心、脑、肝肾疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① No syndrome differentiation treatment or syndrome differentiation treatment < 3 days;
② Dementia, all kinds of mental patients;
③ During pregnancy and lactation women;
④ In clinical subjects of other drugs, known for treatment of drug allergy.
⑤ Serious heart, brain, liver and kidney disease patients.
