探索青光眼患者房水中脂质代谢水平的改变  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the changes of lipid metabolism in aqueous humor of patients with glaucoma

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

青光眼是世界首位不可逆性致盲性眼病，小梁网途径房水外流阻力增加所致的高眼压是其最主要的危险因素。最新的几项大规模临床研究发现，血清胆固醇水平较高者患青光眼的风险更高，总胆固醇及 LDL 胆固醇水平的升高与眼压的升高有关。然而，应用2 年以上他汀类降胆固醇药物使 POAG 的风险明显降低。此外，对青光眼患者的研究发现，使用他汀类药物者的视野进展率明显低于未用他汀类药物者。尽管具体的作用机制不详，但这些现象提示我们，胆固醇代谢可能参与青光眼的发病。早在 20 世纪 80 年代，人们就发现房水中存在各种脂质及脂蛋白成分，直到近年来随着检测手段的进步，人们开始探寻青光眼患者和正常人房水中脂质成分的差异，期望从中获得一些有用的信息，以往研究提示我们：青光眼患者房水中脂类含量的变化可能与青光眼的发病机制有关；他汀类药物对脂类代谢的影响，是否也影响了房水中脂质的含量，从而影响青光眼的发病仍不得而知。 我们前期研究发现青光眼患者小梁细胞吞噬荧光微球的能力明显降低、LDLR表达也明显降低；而他汀类药物干预后，小梁细胞中LDLR表达明显增加且吞噬能力增强。因此，本项目拟利用临床收集的房水和血清样本，进一步探索正常人及青光眼患者房水中脂质代谢水平的差异，如果本项目能够在临床水平证实正常人及青光眼患者中存在他汀类药物及LDLR相关的代谢水平差异，将有助于我们进一步研发他汀类药物相关的局部药物作用新靶点，将有助于我们进一步推广他汀类药物在预防及治疗青光眼领域的应用，使得该项目的临床转化成为可能。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

因“白内障”拟行白内障超声乳化吸除术患者和因“原发性开角型青光眼、白内障”拟行青光眼联合白内障手术患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who underwent phacoemulsification for "cataract" and patients who underwent glaucoma combined with cataract surgery for "glaucoma and cataract"

排除标准：

发育性青光眼、原发性闭角型青光眼、伴有其他眼病患者，浅前房不利于房水收集的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with developmental glaucoma, primary angle-closure glaucoma, or other ocular diseases, the shallow anterior chamber is not conducive to aqueous humor collection.
