主要目的：构建高血压合并左室肥厚患者早期筛查的新指标和风险评估模型，提高其诊断的敏感性和预测值。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To construct new indicators and risk assessment models for early screening of hypertension combined with LVH to improve the sensitivity and predictive value of its diagnosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.依据《中国高血压防治指南2018》明确诊断为高血压的患者；
2.年龄18~70岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who are clearly diagnosed as hypertension according to the "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension 2018";
2. Aged 18 to 70 years.

排除标准：

1.继发性高血压；
2.急性心肌梗死和脑卒中急性期患者（<3月）；
3.合并严重疾病，预期寿命<1年；
4.个人不愿加入本项目。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary hypertension;
2. Acute myocardial infarction and stroke patients in the acute phase (<3 months);
3. Combined with serious diseases, life expectancy <1 year;
4. Individuals are unwilling to join this project.
