研究目的：

本课题组拟通过理筋手法治疗CNLBP的前瞻性随机对照临床试验，运用MRI影像学及表面肌电指标对CNLBP患者椎旁肌群在手法干预前后分别进行检测评价，观察和评价各指标的变化情况，用以评价治疗效果，以期验证理筋手法治疗CNLBP的临床疗效，并探讨理筋手法对于CNLBP患者椎旁肌群的形态学及电生理特性的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This research group intends to treat CNLBP with a prospective randomized controlled clinical trial through the manipulation of tendons. MRI imaging and surface electromyography were used to detect and evaluate the paraspinal muscles of CNLBP patients before and after manual intervention, to observe and evaluate the changes of each index and to evaluate the therapeutic effect, in order to verify the clinical efficacy of the manipulation of tendons to treat CNLBP, and to explore the influence of manipulation of tendons on the morphology and electrophysiological characteristics of the paraspinal muscles in patients with CNLBP.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 30-60 岁；
2.确定诊断为非特异性下腰痛患者；
3.既往未接受过腰部手术治疗；
4.对中医正骨手法无抵触感；
5.自愿参加试验，并签署相关知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 30-60 years;
2. Confirm the diagnosis as a patient with non-specific low back pain;
3. Have not received lumbar surgery in the past;
4. There is no resistance to traditional Chinese medicine bone setting techniques;
5. Volunteer to participate in the trial and sign the relevant informed consent.

排除标准：

1.患有椎间管狭窄、腰椎间盘突出；
2.治疗疗程中要求临时退出者；
3.精神障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from intervertebral canal stenosis and lumbar disc herniation;
2. Those who require temporary withdrawal during the course of treatment;
3. Patients with mental disorders.
