研究目的：

提取电针百会、印堂治疗PSD 患者的时空效应规律。 初步揭示电针治疗PSD 患者的中枢作用机理，为推广电针治疗PSD 提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the regular pattern about the temporal and spatial effects of electro-acupuncture at "baihui" and "yintang" in the treatment of PSD patients. To reveal the mechanism of central action of electroacupuncture in PSD patients, and to provide basis for popularizing electroacupuncture treatment of PSD.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：
①所有患者均符合以上卒中及抑郁症的诊断标准；
②神智清楚，查体合作，理解及语言表达无障碍；
③无严重的认知及功能障碍；
④首次发作卒中后抑郁，病程小于6 个月；
⑤患者年龄在18 岁-75 岁之间，男女不限；
⑥已签署知情同意书，愿意接受评估者。

Inclusion criteria

1. all the patients met the diagnostic criteria of stroke and depression;
2. clear-mindedness, physical examination and cooperation, understanding and language expression without hindrance
3. there were no severe cognitive and functional disorders;
4. PSD for the first time, the course of which was less than 6 months;
5. the age of the patients was between 18 and 75 years old, male and female were not limited;
6. Signed informed consent, willing to be evaluated.

排除标准：

排除标准：
①病情严重,偏瘫、意识障碍者；
②伴痴呆、智力严重下降、或语言表达障碍者；
③生活严重不能自理者；
④既往精神病史者；
⑤伴有严重的心、肺、肝、肾功能衰竭或其他严重躯体疾病者；
⑥妊娠和哺乳期妇女.

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with severe illness, hemiplegia and disturbance of consciousness;
(2) patients with dementia, severe mental retardation, or speech impairment;
(3) those who can not take care of themselves seriously;
(4) those with previous history of mental illness;
(5) patients with severe heart, lung, liver, renal failure or other serious physical diseases;
(6) pregnant and lactating women.
