明确腹部手术围手术期使用大黄对于腹部手术患者胃肠动力恢复效果  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to investigate the effect of rhubarb on gastrointestinal motility recovery in patients during perioperative period

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①患者拟进行腹部外科手术，患者年龄范围18～85岁。
②患者无严重心、肺、脑疾患。同时患者无明显的肝脏、肾脏、造血系统和内分泌系统等严重原发性疾病者；患者具有独立思考能力，无精神病。
③知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

① The age range of the patient was 18-85 years old.

② The patient had no serious heart, lung and brain diseases. At the same time, the patients had no serious primary diseases such as liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system; Patients with independent thinking ability, no mental illness.

③ Informed consent.

排除标准：

①患者的基本情况不符合纳入标准。
②患者存在相应的灌肠禁忌症：如因内疝，肠扭转以及吻合口狭窄等因素造成的机械性肠梗阻或者继发于腹膜后感染、电解质紊乱等原因造成的麻痹性梗阻以及绞窄性肠梗阻。
③患者于围手术期应用其他加速胃肠功能恢复的药物及中医诊疗措施，如穴位贴敷，耳穴，针灸等。

Exclusion criteria：

① The basic information of the patients did not meet the inclusion criteria.

② There are corresponding contraindications for enema, such as mechanical ileus caused by internal hernia, volvulus and anastomotic stenosis, paralytic ileus and strangulated ileus secondary to retroperitoneal infection and electrolyte disorder.

③ During the perioperative period, the patients were treated with other drugs to accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function and TCM treatment measures, such as acupoint application, ear acupoints, acupuncture and so on.
